Title: Conversion, MS Pacman

Just saw this on ebay and know the seller thinks this is an original MS Pacman.  It looks like a conversion but I can't figure out what game this was originally.  Any ideas?

How much is this cocktail cab worth.  I'd guess $500 max but probably less.

It may be home made.  Paige could shed more light on this, but likely he won't post until the AM.

I put this on my watch list.  I live in Vermont, so I might be able to drive up and P/U, assuming it goes for little (which I doubt)

Obviously it's an old stern cab.  I don't know which one, turtles or amidar maybe?  If it were at the local auction it would get $500 or more, it probably will on ebay as well.
