Title: Rowe AMI R-81 Jukebox not working

Hey,

In my office at work we have an old Rowe AMI R-81 which is not working at all, there is a number on the screen - 259, and if i look behind there is a light coming from the inside of the Jukebox.
None of the keys works or do anything.

Is there a way to fix or check what is the issue?

I'm a little confused here. Do you mean the pushbutton "keys" that you use to make a selection? Or do you mean the "keys" to unlock the machine to get inside it?
