Title: Which Consoles can I use my Arcade Steering wheel on

So i have a Cart Fury (Cruisin USA) Arcade, and I am using the original equipment.  So I was wondering, whcih consoles will my setup work on?  Will i be able to use it with N64, GameCube, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, PS3, Saturn, PC Games, Iracing, etc.
