Title: Happs Monitor question

I was interested in the Happs VGA monitor, but the input is listed as:
Red, Green, Blue analog input 50 ohm termination to ground
Level: 0 to 2.4 Vpp

I'm assuming I cant just plug a VGA cord into that. Even tho the monitor is VGA, do I need to get a ArcadeVGA card anyway?
