Title: Golden Tee Complete - Support

I've done a bunch of work to my Golden Tee Fore Complete over the years and am a bit rusty on basic knowledge from 10 years ago.

Problem - Started the machine up as normal and getting no monitor response (black), start up sounds and fans all work, but no game audio or screen.

Here's what the board is telling me with status lights.  Can anyone help troubleshoot the meaning?

Solid light:
- D75
- D76
- D77

Blinking light:
- D5A

Off light:
- D78
- D20
- D2

I should specify the issue appears to be that the Status 1 light won't turn on, which appears to be a booting up issue on this boat.  Cleaned connections and check everything visually and can't find an issue.
