Post by: fallacy on September 25, 2020, 09:55:15 am
Just saw this craigslist posting while it last. Machine looks like it is in great shape I am thinking if this was at an auction it would go for 2 plus grand? Am I wrong what would you pay for this classic?

That's probably a fair price for it. Remember that T2 is a pretty big game and a PITA to move.

And it’s not that great a game, either.

This is how you end up stuffing your house with games you never play....  ;)

sure but I would argue it is about collecting and you don't actually play any of them.

I hate that attitude. Video games are meant to be played.

That is why in non COVID times I open my arcade room up to people almost every month.

T2 is a great game imho.  You might fork over 600 for just the guns, much less the whole cab, so if you like it, get it.

I know right, that's what I am saying.

Just one word of warning.... if those guns haven't been rebuilt you'll have to rebuild them.  The recoil tends to beat them apart and/or burn out and there are these rubber hoses around bolts on the gun mounts for the y-axis that tend to dry rot.
