Title: Help please only super resolutions work properly on my PVM

Most normal resolutions do not work 640x480i desktop resolution gives a rolling image 694x496 works though. Super resolutions work fine. Wondering how I could fix this?

SONY 2054QM PVM into a AMD 7770 with VGA to BNC cable using VGA to DVI adapter..
