Hello :)

I have issue to buy the ArcadeVGA 5000 the website show is discontinued and the guy do no support anymore the product. I request to buy the firmware but the respond is show me this forum. Is i good samaritan is ready to dump this own arcadevga 5000, my goal is not for resale, it just for my personnal use. I convert my panasonic Tau crt 36 inch to input rgb signal and i love the fact in arcade vga boot the pc with 15khz.

Look into CRT Emudriver. It's a modern alternative to the ArcadeVGA.

And specifically to the booting question, ATOM15 is a bios mod for stock ATI cards to allow bios level 15kHz, but that also comes with its own caveats.

As was stated, GroovyMame and CRT Emudriver are what you want.
