Title: MAME and "Hardware Stretch"

So, I am here messing with MAME on my 19" WG VGA monitor, and wondering why when I do "Hardware Stretch" it doesn't stretch FULL SCREEN! Most games still have a 1/4" border all around the screen! What's up? Is it impossible to get games to fill the screen?

Have a look at the thread 'What's your screen look like' on the Monitor board - exactly the same question :)
