Title: coin door (coin insert location) height standards... do they exist?

I'm wondering if there's any actual recommended standard to how high up the coin slots sit (not just the door since they vary in design) to the CP top on classic arcades.  Was there ever a consistent rule of thumb or are all unique in some way?
