I have a dynamo cab but recently gave away the metal control panel, so I cant give you specific measurements. So until someone else chimes in with details, I recall the metal being really really solid. I'd guess 1/8" thickness... thin enough to accommodate snap-in buttons, but near impossible to bend by hand without tools.

It’s closer to 1/16” thick. I recently had mine welded up for a Street Fighter button layout

I’d like to build a dynamo replica cab from scratch.
I was able to get some measurements from the internet about the dimensions (width, height, etc), but I don’t find the thickness of the metal sheet. Does anyone know this?
HS-1 corner cut panel thickness?

Unless you have a professional metal worker at your disposal it would be much easier to recreate it out of wood.... the way the control panels are designed you won't be able to tell the difference once you put an overlay on it.
