Title: Why does my Ultimarc U-Trak trackball do this?

Ive had this trackball for a while now and never been able to get it work properly. Its been a bit of a dissapointment really, they arent cheap!
Ive tried running it in and cleaning it.
As you can see in the video the ball jumps out of its socket when swiping right and down.

I've got a cheap PS2 trackball that did exactly the same thing. It was just cheaply made. I simply packed the rollers just the right amount and it was perfect after that.

I have the same pb. Could you explain what you did exactly?
