Hmmm, I wonder if there is a way to hack all of the multigame controlers into one box with real arcade controls and some sort of switch to go between the different game lists...

quite easy actually... you just need an a/v switcher and some solder to hack the boxes.  Before you get excited though the all in one boxes are only 20 bucks because you get 20 bucks worth of quality.  Usually the signal could be sharper and the sound is terrible.  They are fun though.
