Any reason to think this wouldn't work?

I like it when it says "Bid Early it won't last". Aren't you supposed to wait till the last second to bid. :o

Hm... Ikari Warriors is Data East as well, i believe... But those two machines were manufactured a couple of years apart. If I were a gambling man, I would bet it would work but you may have to rewire the cab.
If it stays ~150, I say grab it!

I would just leave it as a Midnight Resistance. It's basically the same game as Ikari Warriors. It is just a little newer.
-
Ikari Warriors was built by SNK (licenced by Tradewest) so I doubt that the boards are swappable. :-\
-
Actually Midnight Resistance was not made by Data East anyway. They licenced the game from Nihon Bussan otherwise known as Nichibutsu.
-
The auction ended with no bids, so I guess it is a moot point.

Congratulations! That's not bad at all for a fully working game. :)
