Title: NSM jukebox ES IV title card problems

Hi,
Having problems with jams on the title card mech on this ES iV ( Fire Bird ) juke
It is the kind where there are 2 stacks of title cards dealt left or right
going right is OK but going left often jams
It seems the shuttle piece does not fully engage the slot on the card before it takes off and the card just sits there and gets further pushed to the front where it jams as the shuttle returns
Not aware of any adjustments that can be made to push the shuttle piece further back, or it just might be worn, or maybe out of sync with the cards coming forward and not waiting long enough before the shuttle shoots left to move the card
Anyway, I did a nice MP3 conversion on this box but the title card problem is holding me back from finishing the job

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi I have the  NSM wallbox selector ( not jukebox  ) and I am trying to find a mp3 kit for it any as I can only find the kits for the complete cd changer replacement

hope you sorted the title holders i have a manual for the title holders if that helps I can send any pages via wattsapp if needed

I am having the same title card mech jam problem with my NSM Silver Sky. Did you find a solution?

the manuals for solving title card problems are readily available here or by a web search if needed i have them already

Hello Paul,

Do you mean the 'normal' user manual for the jukebox or are there specific manuals available for solving the title card issues of the NSM IV series? Where can I find these?

(I can't find any useful information in the Silver Sky manual)
