Warning computers/computer knowledge is not my thing
Years ago I purchased a couple of ELO monitors and a kiosk and put them in storage. When I was running SK Juke on a dirt old Windows XP desktop everything was good with life. That machine has since gone out to pasture and I can't get any of my new computers (all Win10 laptops) to recognize the software after a reboot. I've gone down the ELO legacy driver page and I can get it to load and sync up fine until I reboot the machine.
Is there a workaround for this? Is this something I'm doing wrong? Is this just a case of 2005 touchscreen monitors not working with Windows 10?
Any help would be appreciated.

USB or serial interface, if serial is serial port on laptop or using USB to serial cable. I had no luck with USB/Serial convertor. I remember setting up an ELO on W10 using the serial interface and if I remember correctly I had to use the Windows 8 Drivers on the system, Unfortunately it is buried in the shed somewhere so not simple for me to dig out. Make sure to uninstall any existing versions.
Also you can try installing the software in W7 compatibility mode. It has been a couple of years since I last messed about with it all :dunno
