Title: Help Demul and Joytomouse tool with Hyperspin and instantsheller questions

I am finalizing my cab after months of work.  I am using usb2gun and demul with joytomouse tool for gun games.  my question is can I set it up using hyperspin to launch and close joytomouse with demul only? if yes how?  I have read that Instantsheller is the way to hide windows.  my question is will it still launch apps like mamehooker(autostarts) and joytomouse if I use it and can I have hyperspin exit to windows if I use instantsheller?
