Hi to all,
I have reinstalled from scratch new version of GroovyArcade (GroovyArcade-Arch2019.03.10-x86_64.iso) in order to replace the old one.
1. Started emulator from USB set monitor & other sfuff : work fine
2. Installed with previuos setting on new SSD disk (tested many times seems to be good!!) , I was able to install without any problem (auto HDD config) than I configured the roms on a secondary disk like did on old version.
3. First reboot is good
4. Next boot hang on Groovy Arcade splash screen
5. After several reboot, once starts normally until the next boot problem :-(((
I have tried multiple times with same result.
Now I'm able to boot from USB & acess to the SDD disk ...
Please help me !! What I have to check ? :notworthy: :notworthy:
Thanks, Claudio.

Have you updated your system with pacman ?

No, only basic install from ISO. No update.

If you have ssh access, please give the output of "journalctl -b"

Ciao, I made some home-made test !!
I have done another installation on other disk.
I discovered that every time I shutdown the system from GUI at next restart I get the boot problem !!
If I restart or shutdown from "text menù" no problem on boot !!
I tried to enter in maintencance mode but no way, any hit on keyboard fail (password for was root set before ..)
Any idea ?

It says your ntfs shared drive is "corrupted" and you should fix it but Linux doesn't have the required tool (and it doesn't even exist I'm afraid).
Take out your drive, plug it in windows, repair.
And try not to brutally shutdown in GA.

I will try, on ROM disk I have also installed Win XP with Feel as backup solution.
Trust me I take care of my cabinet (I dreamed for years), I not brutally shutdown in GA, I use the shutdown option provided by Groovymane waiting the power off of the whole sustem.
Thanks.

Hi, sorry to be late in response : problem solved moving all roms & cabs on same disk with GroovyMame front-end installation; now no more problem on boot with only one disk installed on my PC.
I did also the test on NTFS disk that was good, no problem found; I'm able to boot and use windows XP ...
Thanks for support, Claudio.
