Title: How wire this Power Supply?
Post by: savj14 on March 28, 2020, 05:48:41 pm: I have a Jamma PCB that I'm looking to test and possibly sell but I wasn't sure how to wire up and test the Power Supply in the attached pics. I have no idea if it even works but I figured I'd test it and if all else fails I'll buy a new one. I have a power cord stripped with green, white, and black wires but I wanted to ask here before I do anything.

What is the 0V connection use for?

You probably won't get a good reading without a load.

The Power Supply has an adjustment nob on it. If I have a PCB connected with the voltage too high so I can test and get a reading is there any chance I can ruin the PCB?

Haha I had to Google that one as I thought it was a typo or something. You really do learn something new everyday I guess.

Thanks for the info and I'll give that a go tomorrow. I'll give it the old "Lefty Loosey"
