Title: Reading and writing color proms help

Guys I may be overlooking this but im trying to verify my donkey kong 3 chips and I dont know how to read the color proms. I have a newer willem eeprom programmer ver 6e. Just curious what is needed to read these. Do i even have the right programmer?
