Title: Wells D9400 w/ Outrun 2 not working

Hey guys,

I have my Outrun 2 hooked up to a D9400 via VGA cable. No matter what, I get a NO SIGNAL box on top of the game scrolling diagonally behind the box. Any suggestions on what I can try?
