Hi everyone
I'm struggling with Retroarch on my Taito Egret 3. Seems like a pretty difficult problem :dizzy: and i already asked for help in the libreto forum, but even there we coudln't find a solution. So maybe here somebody has an idea?
I wrote the whole "story" here:
https://forums.libretro.com/t/crt-switchres-on-taito-egret-3/25843/7
I guess the mainproblem is the switching (15/24/31kHz) CRT chassis.

Hi,
If ArcadeOSD is ok, the AMD service disabled, then your config is probably OK. Retroarch can be difficult and VERY time consuming to configure and stabilize.
Some tips that may help, on Windows OS at least:
- Configure your .cfg as recommended in tutorial, ensure that this file is actually read at startup: ex: retroarch.cfg vs .\config\<core>.cfg.
- Avoid the GUI! Launch your games from command line "retroarch.exe -L <core dll path> <game rom path>"
- Switch the desktop to the game resolution before launching Retroarch
And, as always, a log can help to find a lead.
Stay cool and Good luck! :)
