Title: Does the I-PAC Pac-Link Adapter also work for pc?

Just wondering if the I-PAC Pac-Link Adapter For Xbox 360 And PS3 also work for pc.
Will this work for setting up steam pc and retroarch games?
Because i can't seem to get my ipac2 working ,i just want my ipac to be seen as an xboxcontroller so its easy to use.
