A couple questions for the ArcadeSD owners out there. I have a cocktail cabinet I just installed an LCD in and it’s mounted horizontal. With the ArcadeSD, can I display the vertical games horizontally pillar boxed along with the horizontal games in full-screen? Also, I know that the ArcadeSD hasn’t been supported in awhile. Would you still recommend it for the cost?

Surely the key benefit of a cocktail cab is that you can install controls on multiple sides so you can play vertical games without compromise or turning a monitor...
As an Fyi, Eizo makes square and nearly square monitors which would enable you to play both horizontal and vertical games without turning the monitor.
E.g. Used ones like this at 1280 x 1024

Or new ones like their 1920 x 1920 27" LCDs with 5ms response times:

Maybe look into a pi2jamma if thats the way you want to go.

Yeah that is probably a better bet if you are looking for something that flexible. I have an ArcadeSD and love it but I'm happy with it playing the vertical games that it does in a jamma cabinet. I don't need anything more.
