Title: Four BT XBox One controllers to a single PC running Windows 10?

1) Will a USB Bluetooth adapter such as this allow me to connect my XBox One S Controller (Bluetooth) to connect to a Windows 10 box running Mame?

2) If I want to connect four (4) Xbox One S controllers to the Win 10 box, do I need to buy four (4) USB dongles in total?

(Sorry if it is an obvious answer)

From some quick research it looks like there are occasionally issues with input lag when using native Win10 bluetooth drivers and the XBONE controllers that doesn't show up with the first party adapter:

The first party one can connect up to 8 controllers.
