Hey everyone.

I designed and built my first cabinet on this thread - My Build thread (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,156272.0.html)  but also put it in my Wordpress site (https://bperkins.wordpress.com/2017/11/18/arcade-machine/). 

In Wordpress you can see hits to the site with some information if its provided - ex:  if it is linked to from a search, etc..  and the countries that are hitting it.. and there have been a lot.  When it was all said and done I did publish PDF and Sketchup plans for the build in the event someone wanted to make one.

While many say they want to build it - you never really expect it to happen..

I just found out this AM that someone made my cabinet - with way better artwork than mine -  really nice work!

I don't know. That CP art looks like it belongs on the cover of a romance novel for gay dudes.

It is cool that someone used your ideas to build a cab.

ok - well - the point is the cabinet construction is well done.  He even copied the curved control panel box.

So is that cabinet a cousin?  Serial#2?  I'm still very flattered.

I am so sick of glowering Ryu artwork.  It's up there with Mario and Dirk the Daring.

The person who built this is in Turkey.. Maybe that's in over there.. 
I guess I'm all impressed with someone used my plans and built something from them.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, :notworthy: so yeah I would be happy if someone used my plans to build something. Oh wait, I don't have any plans up  :laugh2:
