Title: Arachnid English mark

A guy gave me an arachnid English Mark dark board. It powers up and allows me to add credits. I can also pick a game. The display above the board says 15 stuck. Just wondering what’s the next thing to look for would be. There doesn’t appear to be any broken tips in 15. I’m also not exactly sure which model I had.

I realize this is an old topic, but someone else might have the same issue, even if the OP has solved it.

I would start by unplugging the target cable and cleaning it. You can also remove the target from the board and clean the target matrix, which helps sometimes with this situation.

Your board is quite interesting. It looks like an Arachnid 5000 board, with the button upgrades. However, I have never seen that topper before. it looks like it is from another game completely.
