Title: LEDspicer and MAME ?????????????????????

Has anyone got this working with MAME.  I have built the config daemon and LEDspicer is running and can test LEDs just fine.  But after that I am lost.  I would love to get it working with MAME iand the wiki instructions are eluding me.   MAME input section???  Where does this go?   Can anyone guide me or is RGBcommander a better option?
