Title: Schematic PDF for 250 watt amplifier?

I recently "upgraded" my Rowe R-91 amplifier to a 250 watt version pulled from a CD-100 jukebox. I'd like to replace the electrolytic capacitors, but would like to look at the spec sheet in a manual before doing so to see what tolerances are recommended. Does anyone know of a list of capacitors or have a PDF of the manual that contains the 250 watt amplifier?

Hello tjstogy,

If your amplifier is working well I would leave it alone, I have never seen the need to replace capacitors until they become faulty. The new one in many cases have a very short life and in the case of ones in the power stages of the amplifier you can hear when they need changing and the effect can be seen clearly on a oscilloscope.

I'm sure you're aware that electrolytic caps have a finite shelf life and need to be replaced at some point. I'm not fortunate enough to own an oscilloscope, but I'm experiencing volume swells during songs. In lieu of the cost to ship my heavy amplifier to someone who may or may not diagnose the caps needing to be replaced, I'd rather do so preemptively and see if it fixes the problem. Do you have a PDF schematic containing the 250 watt amplifier? If so, please consider sending it or posting it to help others who might be interested in replacing their capacitors. There is a lack of information on the internet in regards to this, and this seems to be one of the only forums that discusses Rowe/AMI jukeboxes. I have a Rowe R-91 manual in PDF form that I'd be happy to share in exchange with anyone who could share this info. Thanks

Hey, did you ever find that PDF of the 250 watt Rowe amp?
If not, send me the model of the CD100 the amp came from as I have
several CD100 manuals, B, E, F , or part number of amp.  BJ
