Hi there, My name is Marty and I am a newbie idiot when it comes to forums and searches and the topic i am looking for has been posted a few times over the years but nothing seems to work for me (again newbie idiot lol) but i am having control issues with Demul .07 i get this error Demul padDemul error: IDirectInputDevice8 CreateEffect FAILED every time i try to set up my wheel in Demul it wont let me as soon as i use the mouse to click to configure the controller it instantly fills it in with some other inputs but not my wheel i have tried so many things unplug plug plug it back and make sure it the only controller hooked up i delete ini files or whatever i can find on the net but again for some reason i suck at searching because i never seem to find exactly for so i am coming to the experts that might be able to help, thank you.

I have a G27 which has a clutch pedal you can try to press the clutch pedal halfway or press the accell & brake simultaneously halfway
& press the button for input
or just hold the button you want to input to override it if it automatically fills in the input

I manually use these values on my G27 in demul:
ANALOGUP = 33554689
ANALOGDOWN = 33554693
