I have a Bliss-Box 4-Play Adapter for sale with 18 cables.

The Bliss-Box 4-play allows simultaneous connection of 4 real, unmodified console controllers to your PC via USB.

Cables included are:
 

• 2x NES

• 2x DB9 (atari, c64, genesis, sms, 3do, spectrum, etc)
• 2x SNES
• 2x Saturn
• 2x PS2
• 2x Dreamcast
• 4x Gamecube

This is LIKE NEW, working.  Was tested once then sat in a drawer.
