Strange. I have two different complete romsets, none of which features 'mspac'. I have 'mspacman' and some variants. Also, when I try to download 'ms. pacman rom' from 3 sites the rom name is 'mspacman'. Mind you, I won't play the game, but I'm curious.This is my rom, as well.

I'm not going to play this, but I'll assume that 'mspacman' is the rom to use. The settings are the same. Probably this is a moot point anyway, since nobody seems to be interested in playing.I already have a father daughter "date" at the cab this evening : )

I haven't played this in a while, and had been wanting to. First game has been the best. Started off well, then pretty decent. I like to play different MAMEs, with both hands, and see what comes up. This was a lot older MAME, right hand. But the left can be a sleeper.....

ms pac man is one of my favorite games, so i just had to post a game.
been playing for 30+ years, but just got some strategies working in the
last five years. mostly grouping to get all 4 ghosts on all the energizers,
there are many videos and tutorials showing how to do this.
my personal best is 300k+, on xbox live arcade. hit 1,000,000 using
a continue on steam.
here, i used PC WOLFMAME 0.189, (which marp replay uses), and is special
version, with no pausing, etc.
played a few games to warm up, and got 241, 830:

got to the 2nd junior scene, chase board 15:

17 is the first time they stop blinking,
then the brown junior boards, and 19,20 they stop blinking also.
finally board 21, is the dreaded slow boards with no blinking until the killscreen.
i've never gotten to it on the slow version, but on the speedup, i've gotten there
several times.

~100k is about as good as I ever did on this game. You can clear 10k on the first level and get an extra life if you're good about eating ghosts. I used to stretch a dollar on Addam's Family (50 cents), Last Action Hero (25 cents) and this game (25 cents) into an hour or so during some dead time in college...
the good thing about ms pac man, is there is no time limit.
so if you are patient, you can make the game last as long as you want.
i didn't quite do it, but if you get perfect (all ghosts, all fruits)

...not my best... I'm used to playing the speed version... it sure is more challenging to play at normal speed.
i used to play the fast version, but it was too easy, it would take hours to get to the
last board.
actually now, with the normal speed version, all you have to do is be patient,
and it becomes a much more calming type of game.

very good, do you know where the safe spots on the board are. they will help out a lot.
check out my video for some ideas. if you're greedy, you can break 70k by the apple board.
