Title: DK .93 Toggle Snaps

Just tried the new version of DK, and there seems to still be a problem.  Not sure if it is on my end or not, but maybe you could give it a try.

When DK is first started, the toggle snap feature works just great.  But when I load a rom, and then exit back to DK, the toggle snap stops working.  It will start working again only if you exit DK and restart it.

Let me know if it works on your end, maybe something is not configured properly on my cab.

Found the bug... it only happens when certain options are turned on though, particularly the enforceRes option.  I need to do some furthr testing to make sure I've got it nipped before I make a release.
