Title: golden tee fore trackball no left or right

i have a golden tee complete that the track ball does not go left or right. up and down is fine. i have tried a new track ball and harness and still same problem. what else can i do ? is the board bad. thanks

Open the trackball, see if the two optical boards inside are identical, and swap them if they are. If the problem switches from horizontal to vertical, you have a bad optical board.
