Okay boys and girl(s)?
This is the big one for 2019
September 14th is the date for my 45th birthday party.
I am not sure what is on the menu yet.
New for this party will be a SF II CE tournament.
First prize is fifty bucks and a plaque with your name on it.
I will also hang a plaque in Alpha Centuri with your name and the date on it.
No more excuses. This is your shot at glory and immortality. Get your asses out here.

A forum member has finally gathered up the intestinal fortitude to commit to the party.
You locals should all hang your heads in shame. He is making the 1800+ mile trek from the West Coast.

The menu has also been established. My buddy is going to take over kitchen duty for me.
Pizza is on the menu. Thin crust cooked on a 3/8 inch steel plate. Deep dish cooked in a cast iron skillet.
You have to be out of your mind not to attend.

Well you aren't going to have much competition.
My friends are casual gamers at best.
It seems like none of the BYOAC locals are showing up.
Of course one of them might button mash you into submission. Maybe I should include a drinking handicap in the competition.

My daughter volunteered to chauffeur us around on Sunday if we decide to go to the arcade and the bars next door to it.

I have a doctor buddy, who is a heavy drinker, that does this on drinking nights. He taps his arm before heading out to the bar, then comes home drunk and plugs into the I.V., no hangover in the morning. Medical folks call it a "banana bag".

Bison is borderline broken in CE. Just torpedo back and forth, very difficult to avoid chip damage, if the Bison player can time it decently.
I will see if I'm free that weekend. I'm up here in Shorewood, WI, so it's not too far.

Well another successful party is in the books.
Arroyo and I couldn't get SF II into playable shape before the party unfortunately.
Everyone had a great time.
My friends went above and beyond to make the party awesome.
They decorated a cake and they decorated a big table with a Pac Man mural. I will include pics later.
Arroyo flew 2000 miles to be here.
We thought we lost one of my cats. She went into hiding and we didn't find her until the next afternoon.
