Title: How to get HLSL going on MAME 0.211?

I'm trying to follow some tutorials on YT and it works for me on the version tutorial is about (0.174), but I can't get it to work on ver 0.211, which I really need as it is the version that doesn't freeze when 2 monitors are on.
