Title: Are AMD cards better than nvidia for fine control of refresh rate?

Hi all.

I'm wondering whether amd cards are better than nvidia ones for finer refresh rate control.

For example, if I request 60.1 Hz (as opposed to just exactly 60Hz) from the card, am I more likely to get a real world 60.1Hz from amd cards than nvidia?
