I have 4 speaker setup can I somehow force audio to come out through Green and Blue lines in the back at the same time? Is this Windows feature or strictly motherboard/drivers?

One is an in-hole, one is an out-hole. I think some newer boards can switch the functions of them. However, if you have a headphone port, you have another out, that can be run simultaneously.

Thank you I wanted to do exactly that but the wires are running together and are split not enough to reach the front. Ended up ordering some kind super cheap sound card just so I have dual audio out in the back.

Wire is cheaper......

Check.. a lot of 4speaker setups can be ran in standard stereo setup.. either with a switch or automaticly by not having the rear channel inputs hooked up.
as was said some audio cards allow you to reasign ports, I had to do that on a PC I got off the curb.. they threw it out because the broke the mini jack off in the hole (never got it out) so I just reassigned to different jack.. but this is dependant on your audio setup on your pc.
if you plug 1 into line out and another into the front headphone jack you should know that they're the same stereo output.. you might as well just get a minijack splitter and plugthem both into line out at that rate.

Most sound devices made within the past 10 years have the jacks assignable in drivers.

Yeah, though the ring colors have remained for some legacy reason.
