Title: WG K4600

I have a wavy GORF, I installed a new cap kit and VOILA same problem still exists.  I have an .MPEG of the condition if anyone is interested...

According to Randy Fromm's flowchart, your monitor is doing the "hula".  He says to check the regulated power supply at the blue lead of TR502. It should read about +127 volts DC.

You should go to his site and download his k4600 flowchart. It is pretty thorough.
