Hoping someone in the community has or is willing to compile me a version of groovymame .201 Arcade 32 no nag? Thanks in advance!
-
You didnt specify a platform. Check out haynor666 thread. I slacked on compiling for linux. Too busy coding front end stuff.

Looking for a Windows 32 bit build
-
My builds are both 32 and 64 bits and with no nag patch but those builds are full (mame + old mess) not just arcade. Repository right now have only builds starting from version 203. I don't see any reason to use older versions except for performance reasons.
Arcade only version will not be any faster, just exe is smaller.
Besides right now I'm in hospital so I won't make any version for unknown time.

b4nd1t0's builds ae 64bits only i think ... But still, here is the link :https://b4nd1t0.blogspot.com/2018/11/mame0203.html

Thanks for the responses. Trying to acquire .202 from another user. I need 32 bit for a older xp machine. haynor666, hope all is well and your hospital stay is short!

@digitalwacker i have compiled a 32bit version with the "non power of two fix", is the full mame, not only the arcade.
You can try this until haynor666 returns to the base (get well soon!!!)

@b4nd1t0 Thanks for the link. Unless I missed something, I don't see a 32 bit version for .201? Would also take a 32 bit arcade only for version .202. It was posted on here via a mega link, but the link is dead now. Possibly someone else downloaded it and still has it?

OH! :-[ I'm sorry, I had read .210 and compiled one, I thought you wanted the latest version, so I do not have the time to fill out a 201, I'm sorry again
-
digitalwacker, why You need 201 or 202 build?
-
Performance on an old P4 with only 1GB of ram on xp as well as Those are the 2 complete romsets I have.
-
I've uploaded version 202 x32 into my repository. Build is untested.
-
@haynor666 Thank You for taking care of me! I tested out your .202 build and it's working great. :applaud: I really appreciate all the help from both you and @b4nd1t0. Hope you are feeling better after being released from the hospital!

No problem digitalwacker, I'm glad I could help. I also build x64 version foir version 202. Just by accident I realized that patches for version 201 were actually copy/paste from version 200 (since there wasn't official groovymame 201) and my fixes were not corrected for this version.
I'm fine, I was just 3 days under observation.
