Title: Megatouch force error

I have a mega touch force with 2011 software and key and when I boot everything is ok till I get past the screen with startup and network info then I get message touch screen controller error how do I fix it I tried 4 and 7 reset and nothing is my touch controller and screen bad or is the board the all the wires plug into for motherboard and other controllers bad any help would be nice
