partition magic I ALWAYS hear good things about.
but I never bought it... why? because each time I look at the price... I just buy another harddrive for that price and use two...
after a few years I probably would have saved money.. but each time it doesnt' seem worth it.
(and sorry... no I haven't... but I always hear good things about it. Its faster / more optimized then anything microsoft ever came up with.

Yep, Partition Magic can do that and many other things easily.
I have done that very same thing on my MAME box.
I also recommend that you get Powerquest's Drive Image Pro to image/backup your drive before you repartition it.
Both products are very easy to use and perform very well.
Shoot me an email if you have any questions on what to do.
