Title: rowe r85 wont start up

powers up, amp comes on. 8v led comes on. nothing on the mech control board light up. no led's . removed battery. not much corrosion. soldered all cold solder joints. all three led's on power supply light up. what am I missing here. does it need battery installed. no light on selector panel. no code for me to follow up on.

I have replied to you on another forum/group.

The Rowe Ami R-84 to R-88 did not have error codes, these were introduced on the R-89 to R-94 jukeboxes when they changed to the smaller CCC and discontinued the pricing board.

If you are in the USA, I suggest that you send your boards to AB leisure to test/repair them for you or to me in the UK.
