Title: Rockola 494 magazine mechanism stuck

We have a rockola 494 jukebox ( years 1984/1984) it was working fine. Now when turned on, the turntable will spin constantly but the record selection mechanism does not work. When you select a record on the control panel, nothing happens. Anyone know where a good place to start troubleshooting would be?
