Hi. I'm looking to start a Nintendo cabinet build and the easiest way to start seems to be to use a print of Gaetan's plans. Looking at the description they're designed to be printed directly onto 36" media, but I don't know if UK printing places will deal with this size or not. Has anyone in the UK had these plans printed, and if they have can they advise anyone online to use? I'm concerned otherwise that I'll get them printed and they'll end up at the wrong aspect ratio or truncated etc.
thanks

Welcome to the forum. Do you have Staples of Office Depot over there? I've had good luck with both.

As long as the printer prints them to the size specified in the file ( No Scaling) it should print fine - Figure the dimensions are built into the software when the file was saved so printing it at 100% size without scaling should print fine on any media 36" (915mm) or wider.

Thanks sealcouch. Seems odd that it's my first post because I've been lurking here for SO many years. We do have Staples, but I think they're just office supplies etc. and not printing services (other than selling printers!).
JDFan - it's the 36" width that I think might be a problem. Most printing places over here seem to print to a maximum of A0, which is 841mm wide. The cabinet front to back is 850 so won't even fit on the page. I think I've found a place though that will do oversize printing, although it costs loads more because of the non-standard size. https://www.planprint-it.co.uk (https://www.planprint-it.co.uk) is the site, in case anyone is interested in the future. If I end up ordering from them I'll report back on success or otherwise.
thanks

Just reporting back on this one in case others are searching in the future. I used the site I mentioned above to order the 1-1 prints and they're exactly as they should be. It wasn't cheap - a £10 minimum order ended up at £18 once VAT and postage were added. But I took the opportunity to get a few of the other diagrams printed on A3 since I needed to spend a bit more to reach that £10 minimum anyway.
