If the dimensions I see here are correct you could scale it to size in any design program and then use a measuring tool to get pretty darn close on everything. Not sure what kind of detail you need.

Yeah like I've been scouring the net for Robotron dimensions. For the control panel I had the overlay art and used calipers to verify measurements and I had bought the metal control panel blank but I decided I wanted to make one out of wood. I was literally pulling in snaps of control panel restores and then I knew the dimensions of the joystick holes so I used that knowledge to size the photos to measure the dust plate cutout and other dimensions. A lot of times it would end up being so close to a measurement I could tell oh they probably used 3" or 2.5" here.
