Title: AMI f120 cartridge identification

I need to identify this cartridge so I can buy a stylus. It came attached to a AMI f120 that I'm rewiring the tone arm. tone arm was mono and changed to stereo. If anyone knows of a Dealer who can help me ID this that would be great too. I want to use this cartridge.

looks like a Varco TN4 / Pfanstiehl P132 most commonly found on rockolas
