I have a lepai 2020+ with power supply brand new never used. 4” speakers too. Bought and converted a cabinet instead of making one. Pm me an offer if in USA and want them.

Or just get a TPA3116 amplifier board from eBay or AliExpress. Or a TA2024.

Or you can buy a 2.1 or 5.1 system from CREATIVE or something and crack it open comes with amp subwoofer and speakers this could be the cheapest way of getting your sound supplies, however you need to open up the speakers and so. ;)

Why would you have to open it up? You can use it as is, right?

The speakers are encased i like to uncase them to fit in the marquee light box, the subwoofer is easy to install, the subwoofer usualy has the volume controlls so you could get the knobs out of it extend the wires and install them somewhere else.
the subwoofer case can be mounted under the Control panel on the inside of your cab make a hole in the front of your cab with a speaker cover to blast your balls with bass,

Yep. Any cheap stereo amp from one of those sources will be all that you need.

I second the subwoofer setup. On ebay you can find replacement subwoofers for the fraction of the cost of the entire 2.1 system. Which is not needed since you'll be hooking them up to your own speakers anyways.
They'll come with the sub, the amp built in, and a breakout dial for you to control the volume from the coin door. You just need to make the cables to connect your arcade speakers to go into the sub/amp.
