Title: Speaker slots
Post by: J_K_M_A_N on January 15, 2019, 10:28:17 am
How does one make speaker slots? I am guessing drill a hole on each end and use some kind of router bit to go between them? Do you have to do multiple passes or can you just go slow through the whole thing? What kind of bit should I use (if that is the route to take)? I am going through 5/8" particle board. Also, how big of slots do you recommend? I was thinking 1/4" probably.

Thank you. I thought I remembered seeing something like that but I couldn't remember if it was here or somewhere else. I guess I need to work on my woodworking AND searching skills. :(
