Title: screen rotated 90 degrees - another noob mistake?
Post by: jjjxlr8 on January 04, 2019, 07:34:55 pm
So I hooked up a 60-1 Jamma board to my Arcade 1Up Deluxe machine this evening.  I have VGA running out of the 60-1 PCB to a board that interfaces with the 17" LCD screen.  That board has another board connected that has some basic adjustments for size, brightness, etc.  I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to rotate the screen through software settings or dip switch settings.

I assume that I'm going to have to physically rotate the screen at this point?  Is there any way to salvage this?

Problem solved.  I had to physically rotate the screen 90 degrees.  It seems that the Arcade 1Up Galaga is a vertical screen where the Deluxe model is a horizontal.

Nice job.

I prefer the joystick more in the center. But to each their own.
